Stephens-Peck, Inc. has updated our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) which apply to your continued use of our Services (as such terms are defined in the Terms). 

Below is a summary of some key changes:

• Clarifies that the Member who created the account and whose payment method is charged is responsible for any activity occurring on the account.  This update is necessary due to new features of our website allowing Members to update their credit card information for recurring billing and to make purchases with a saved payment method. 
• Updates your rights to access and use Services that we make available.  This update is necessary to protect SPI from any liability of user activity and specifies what penalties are imposed if a Member violates the Terms.
• Provides information on how to cancel a recurring membership.  This update is due to the addition of new features to our website.

You can read the fully updated SPI Terms which will take effect on November 1, 2022. By continuing to use our Services on or after November 1, 2022, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
